Microbiome and Metabolome Association Network Analysis

 

Understanding microbiome and metabolome relationships is an ongoing area of interest to our lab. We use network graphs to visualize these relationships and infer the functional roles of each microbe in the gut. This in turn helps us predict how bacteria respond to changes in their environment. Our lab employs a variety of other computational analysis techniques in addition to network modelling, and we are always expanding our analytical toolkit to keep up with the rapid advancements that are being made in our field.
